Identification of sRNA targets in Staphylococcus aureus
Abstract
We investigate how a small RNA regulates the production of toxins in Staphylococcus aureus with the use of transcriptional fusion-reporter assays and other methods. Our goal is to determine the molecular pathways of regulation.
