Optimizing DNA Immobilization and Study on Single-Molecule Adsorption Kinetics of YOYO-1 Dye to Immobilized DNA Molecules
Abstract
In this project, we optimize the conditions for DNA immobilization on a modified surface and study the binding kinetics of YOYO-1 dye to an immobilized DNA molecule at the single molecular level using our home-built fluorescence microscope.
