The Impacted of Stressful Working Environments Related to Rural Mental Health Provider Job Satisfaction Study
Abstract
The research will be a quantitative research study using questions with the job satisfaction scale and a Likert 5-point scales. I have developed hypotheses and predictions related to stress levels mental health workers experience with the characteristic information provided. I will use a job satisfaction survey to measure the agency's mental health provider's work-related stress and explore important factors as a cross-sectional study. The independent variable would be the job satisfaction of the mental health providers at my current agency and the dependent variables would be burnout, peer support, Self-care, pay, and productivity.
