Cell Blebbing as a Marker for Metastatic Breast Cancer
Abstract
This experiment introduces a microfluidic device with a narrow channel to allow cancer cells to flow through it to assess cell deformation in a confined space. The findings suggest that cell blebbing is correlated with a higher metastatic potential.
