Characterizing the Early Growth of Cerebral Organoids
Abstract
Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSC) are adult cells "induced" in a laboratory environment to revert into stem cells. I measure the growth of iPSC cultures called spheroids in order to study Tuberous Sclerosis Complex, a rare genetic disease.
