Potent MSB-61 as Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) therapy: mechanism of action in insulin secretion
Abstract
MSB-61, a novel potent therapeutic compound for Type 1 Diabetes, potentiates insulin secretion. Furthermore, RNA sequencing of MSB-61 uncovered a unique GTPase switch that primarily remains active, suggesting a correlation between the two.
