Abstract
Lon Rains of Space News interviews Neil Woodward, Head of Commercial Orbital Transportation Services at NASA. The two talk about the Space Act, its implications for commercialization of space and the performance of the two companies that have signed the Space Act Agreement with NASA. The latter part of the interview touches on NASA's COTS program and the development of international commercial companies.
