Determining the Tectonic Origin and History of Serpentinites from the Sivrihisar Massif, Turkey
Abstract
This study aims to determine the tectonic origin and fluid sources associated with six serpentinite samples from NW Turkey, which have thus far been shown to be antigorite serpentinites derived from a dunite protolith that was metamorphosed in a convergent plate boundary under high-pressure conditions between 300-800°C.
