Abstract
There are increasing trends of relapse rates following opioid use Disorders treatment. The treatment protocols for OUD pays more attention on pharmatherpist and psychotherapist/ behavioral interventions. Despite the existing positive evidence of physical exercises in the treatment of OUD, less attention has been paid to the integration of physical exercises modalities in the treatment. Therefore, an exploration of the role of physical exercise in the treatment of OUD informs OUD professionals the role of physical exercises.
