Abstract
In this project we demonstrate that the expression of key cytokines and cluster of differentiation receptors in an in vitro model of tumor-infilitrating macrophages is altered at both the mRNA and protein level after exposure to the Wnt5a isoforms, Wnt5a-Short and Wnt5a-Long.
